Caldera: Heighten Your Senses

At Red Mountain, we have been working on a new single-family community at the base of Red Mountain called Caldera. The name Caldera is the geological definition for a cone or valley left by a dormant volcano. Red Mountain Resort is built on the last sentinel of an ancient volcanic caldera.
The new Caldera community will consist of 72 single-family home sites with lot sizes ranging from roughly 6,000 sq/ft to over 17,000 sq/ft. Our first phase consists of 18 lots now available for purchase. The plan for the Caldera home sites includes covenants that will protect views, forest and be surrounded by hiking, biking and snowshoe/cross country trails. The lots will also be ski–in and ski-out and include a people mover (Poma or Rope tow) for the exclusive use of the Caldera residents. The property also has includes two beautiful streams that run all Spring and Summer.
